As a former Director at the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce (MIIC), Mr. Hunter has acquired years of experience in Commercial Trade, Industry Monitoring, Business Evaluation and Market Research. While at MIIC and throughout his professional career Mr. Hunter works with various local, regional and international government agencies, producers, importers, exporter and distributors.

Mr. Hunter holds a Certificate from the United Nations Conference on Trade Statistics and Development (UNCTAD) in International Merchandise Trade Statistics. He is also a graduate from the University of the West Indies Mona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics.
